What does a Retail Account Representative Lead do? You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring the successful representation of our products in retail stores. You will lead a team of Retail Account Representatives and work closely with our retail partners to enhance the visibility and availability of our beverage products. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position will require a proactive and organized individual who can effectively motivate a team to achieve sales targets while upholding the company's values and standard
Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of Retail Account Representatives Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts Collaborate with the sales management team to execute effective sales strategies and promotions Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences Ensure proper inventory levels at retail locations Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints Oversee the implementation of merchandising initiatives and promotions Utilize sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in retail sales or account management, preferably in the beverage industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite

Base pay range is $53,957 - $70,819 plus bonus structure(dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
