JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Payroll & HR Specialist to manage and administer all HR functions, including payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR policies and procedures. This person will partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as assist employees with inquiries related to their payroll/HR needs. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll and HR administration.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $24.00-$30.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent work experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, and/or benefits administration. Demonstrated experience with advanced functions & formulas in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and other payroll technologies. Authorized to work in the United States of America. Proficient in the English Language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years of experience in payroll, HR, and/or benefits administration. Demonstrated experience processing payroll manually through Microsoft Excel or similar software. Demonstrated experience with administrating payroll & benefits through Paylocity HRIS system. Previous experience administrating payroll laws & regulations across multiple states.
