Job Title: Laborer

Job Description:

Join our team as a laborer, floating between commercial construction sites in Gunnison and Crested Butte, CO. This role involves general labor duties and snow removal during the winter.

Responsibilities:

• Perform labor tasks on commercial construction sites.

• Assist with snow removal to maintain safe job sites.

• Operate hand and power tools.

• Conduct concrete work, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.

• Load and unload materials; measure and cut with a tape measure.

• Handle landscaping, material transport, and site clean-up.

• Engage in demolition and framing activities.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in general labor and construction.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Ability to perform concrete, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.

• Capable of reading and using a tape measure accurately.

• Experience with material handling, installation, and demolition.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred: 6+ months of labor experience with a General Contractor.

• Experience in outdoor physical work.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
