Discover Impactful Work:

As a Document Control Administrator II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the on-time release of finished goods by strictly adhering to our quality standards. Your exceptional attention to detail will be crucial in reviewing manufacturing records and preparing customer-facing documentation. Additionally, you will provide support for customer audits and handle the filing of controlled documents.

A day in the Life:

  • Review manufacturing records to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Prepare accurate and timely customer-facing documentation

  • Support customer audits and address any inquiries with professionalism

  • File and maintain controlled documents to ensure their integrity and accessibility

Keys to Success:

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  • 1+ years experience in document control or administrative assistant positions.

  • Date Entry experience

  • Great Communication skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess a positive and professional attitude, allowing you to effectively interact with various levels within the organization. Your proven ability to determine and successfully implement document control processes will be instrumental in maintaining our world-class standards. Experience in LIMs, Oracle, Trackwise, and Excel are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $16.95–$25.42.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
