Evidence of ability to cooperate and collaborate with grade level teams, special area teachers
Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior plans
Ability to use data to improve student achievement
Strong use of technology to improve student performance
Ability to use assessments to differentiate instruction and improve student achievement
Strong work ethic; ability to communicate effectively with students and families
Strong written and oral communication skills
Evidence of academic success at undergraduate and/or graduate level
