Help supervisors maintain and Audit training records. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop effective training process for new employees and on-going training for existing employees.
- Facilitate the growth and development of team through training and/or guidance.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver training programs.
- Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve profitability and improve quality.
- Any other additional duties needed to help drive our Vision and fulfill our Mission.
