Kelly Services Maintenance Operations Coordinator in Grand Forks, North Dakota

Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Fargo, ND

$25 - $27/hr.

Direct Hire

*Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Kelly Professional is seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator for a rapidly growing property management company on a direct hire basis. The maintenance manager will oversee maintenance service and asset management operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of out-of-town vendors to exceed resident’s expectations.

  • Optimize policies, procedures, workflow, and maintenance management systems.

  • Make business decisions to minimize costs and positively impact company expansion.

  • Finance duties including invoice management.

  • Plan and manage unit turns, seasonal and preventative maintenance.

  • Manage on-call duties remotely.

  • Monthly site visits to each market (currently 3 travel days per month outside of Fargo).

  • Set and achieve role related goals.

  • Role is 95% office and 5% travel site visits.

Requirements:

  • Project management skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Maintenance/technical understanding.

  • Driver’s license.

  • Personal phone.

  • Experience with task management software, AppFolio, Google Suite preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary is based on experience and skills.

  • Out of town mileage reimbursement.

  • Additional on-call earnings. (On-call $50/night).
