Position Type Management

Seeking strong-willed, innovative and dedicated individual to support the Golf operations in all aspects of the operation of the golf department in accordance with hotel standards, except grounds. Functions as a leader in the Golf Department supporting the Director of Golf. Responsible for golf operations in outside golf services, merchandising and retail sales, also including guest and employee satisfaction, sales and revenue management and the financial performance of the department. Support policies, goals, and objectives established by the General Manager and Hotel Manager and as featured in the Employee Handbook.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in golf operations, at top-quality golf courses

  • PGA or CPGA member in good standing, or certified in same

  • Ability to motivate staff and maintain a cohesive team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong leadership and organization skills

  • By law, reads, writes, speaks and understands English fluently

  • Able to follow direction and be a team player
