Job Purpose Summary
- We are seeking a Secondary Production Operator with an engaging and generous spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Operator will perform production operations associated with Class Is and Class IIa Medical Devices.
What you will do
Assure personal and peer safety are maintained
Assure product and patient quality are maintained
Perform Secondary Production Operations:
Tumbling
Washing
Sorting
Honing
Drilling
Grinding
Deburring
Electropolishing
Laser Printing
Assure machinery and work areas are clean and organized at all times
Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Lead Operator
Document all necessary steps at the time of completion
What you will need
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to write legibly
Ability to read and comprehend directions
Strong initiative / self-starter
Attention to detail
Team player with a positive, can do attitude
Strong verbal communication skills
Preferred experiences include:
2 years Production experience
Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience
Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures
Mechanically inclined
Strong attendance record
