We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and ultimately serve as part of our executive team. Earll Construction is a Commercial Construction GC specializing in clients such as McDonalds, Hardees, Circle K, Moto Mart, Hucks, and many more.

Candidate can either come from an estimating/project management background or we are willing to work with a Superintendent or Construction Manager who has experience with large scale projects who understands the complexities of the bidding/estimating process and is ready to take the next step in their career. Candidate MUST be capable of bidding carpentry work as we are a self-performing union carpentry shop.

We are willing to assist a *HIGHLY* qualified out of state candidate that would not require a visa sponsorship, with relocation to the Grafton, Illinois area. As a Commercial Estimator/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects from finding work, estimating, bidding, managing and completing it. This includes coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

\ - Plan, organize, and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion\ - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets\ - Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives\ - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met\ - Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships\ - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met\ - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns\ - Implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget\ - Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones and deliverables\ - Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders

Experience:

-Former military with similar experience encouraged to apply.

-Proven experience as a COMMERCIAL construction Estimator\ - Proven experience as a COMMERCIAL construction Project Manager\ - Strong knowledge of COMMERCIAL construction management principles and practices\ - Proficient in using project management software such as Foundation, Bluebeam, etc.\ - Excellent negotiation and communication skills\ - Solid understanding of construction estimating, cost control, and contract management\ - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously\ - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
