We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organizations worldwide, and we are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our team in Gothenburg. Oracle Health has partnered with Sweden’s regions to provide an integrated digital healthcare environment for regional healthcare, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities.

This role is a part of the European Consulting organization which is responsible for assisting our clients with testing in different ways. We have a strong focus on working hard, being able to adapt to fast-changing situations, and providing positive support ensuring the successful delivery of project implementations.

The Senior Test Manager will manage and monitor the overall test strategy, test plan, and test project schedule for the testing team.

You are administratively inclined, see opportunities for change, have the qualities required to lead others, and have a high-quality standard. You have the capability to evaluate and integrate new information and have practical experience in planning and coordinating tests. If you have experience with complex system environments in larger organizations, have worked with various tools for testing, and are ISTQB-certified in testing, we see this as merit.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience

  • Plus 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:

  • At least 2 years of software testing and/or software quality assurance work experience

  • Fluent in Swedish & English

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of people management work experience

  • Test planning

  • Coordination of tests

  • Acceptance testing

  • Test tools, for instance ReqTest or Cerner Test tools

  • Test support

  • ISTQB

  • Quality

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - Project Management Institute (PMI)

  • Certified Software Tester (CSTE) - Multiple Issuers

  • Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology

Expectations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (subject to local and government recommendations)

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
