Siemens Mobility is seeking a Property Manager to join our Real Estate team at the newly established Rail Village in Goole, East Yorkshire. In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day facilities and soft services on site, lead the Facilities Management provider, and handle key stakeholder communication.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management for UK and Western Europe will be responsible for the management of all real estate assets within the Goole Rail Village. This includes handling the company’s real estate portfolio, optimising space utilisation, leading all aspects of real estate operations, and handling leasing, disposal, and construction projects. You’ll make an impact by

  • Being the customer relationship management contact for real estate topics within your location, including representing the Siemens Mobility Real Estate pricing model and key financial, commercial, and other KPI’s to the customers.

  • Ensuring legal ownership representation to local authorities and total adherence to local statutory regulation and laws.

  • conducting own work in Quality, EHS, processes etc and managing the location in compliance with internal Siemens Mobility Real Estate standards, process & budgetary guidelines.

  • Initiating and coordinating approval process for activities within your location.

  • Leading, supporting, and facilitating real estate services and driving continuous improvement of real estate cost for internal customers demonstration innovation, value add and saving, engage with lean activities across the portfolio.

  • Regular reporting to and close cooperation & communication with Siemens Mobility business, including customer changes which may impact real estate strategy, timely reporting of space & occupancy changes, risk and opportunities, need for provisions impairments etc.

  • Functionally leading, managing and coordinating relevant activities for supporting groups and sub-team members.

Your success will be grounded by

  • Portfolio/relationship management experience.

  • Knowledge of facilities management industry and tasks.

  • Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate disciplines.

  • Strong customer orientation and IT/social proficiency.

  • Commercial property experience.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.

  • Relevant COSH or H&S qualification (advantageous).
