Systems Test Engineer
Job Description
This Systems Test Engineer will conduct Design Verification on Software and perform essential engineering duties in planning and designing products.
Responsibilities
Perform software regression analysis.
Create manual (majority manual) and automated test systems.
Perform interface and requirements analysis.
Work with software test tools, such as SQL, Python, Postman, etc.
Create content for design reviews.
Perform design verification tests.
Write design verification protocols.
Work with web and mobile products.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Design Verification Test (DVT) protocols and prepare test summary reports.
Provide technical feedback and innovative ideas to the design engineering team from test findings to drive continuous improvement.
Participate and contribute to technical design reviews and other activities throughout the design phase.
Essential Skills
Experience performing software regression analysis.
Experience creating manual and automated test systems.
Ability to perform interface and requirements analysis.
Experience with software test tools such as SQL, Python, Postman, etc.
Experience creating content for design reviews.
Experience performing design verification tests.
Experience writing design verification protocols.
Experience working with web and mobile products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
Internship within the medical device industry preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
