Honeywell Sr. Quality Engineer in Golden Valley, Minnesota
As a Sr. Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and processes. You will be accountable for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in quality management will contribute to the overall success and reputation of Honeywell. You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality products, meet customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement in our quality processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement quality control systems and processes
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Provide technical guidance and facilitate to the quality team
The annual base salary range for this position is $93,600-$117,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, program quality management, and ISO9001
Experience in conducting audits, leading/participating in MRB, driving 8D, and implementing CAPAs
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or quality management
ASQ, Six Sigma, or Lean certification
Experience in the NPI or manufacturing industry
Experience in program quality, software quality, or supplier quality
Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
