ABOUT THIS POSITION Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and IS operations, with a focus on IT service management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. This position drives and optimizes excellence in IS operations and ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our IT infrastructure. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE IT Service Management (ITSM): Establish and maintain IT service management processes based on ITIL best practices, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service desk operations. Ensure that IT services are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of internal stakeholders, external customers, and regulatory requirements. ITSM Expertise and User Experience: Utilize your expertise in IT service management to drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT operations, with a focus on enhancing service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Leverage ITSM tools and technologies to streamline service delivery, automate processes, and enable proactive monitoring and management of IT services. Incident Response Management: Responsible for Incident Response Plan, including creating and managing the incident response plan, service level agreements and enterprise-wide communication. Partner with department and functional leaders to identify and set notification and escalation resources and teams. Maintain and lead ongoing procedures, including On-Call schedules and meeting application service level agreements. IT Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems. Lead the Microsoft Azure infrastructure and architecture services and support team. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems to support the company's operations and compliance requirements. IT Operations Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of IT professionals responsible for day-to-day IT operations, including system administration, network management, and incident response. Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency, reliability, and security. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to IT Operations security, data privacy, and medical device quality management systems. Identify and mitigate IT-related risks through proactive monitoring, assessment, and remediation strategies. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations management, with significant experience in IT service management and ITIL practices. ITIL certification (ITIL Ex ert or ITIL 4 Managing Professional) required. Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing IT operations teams. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Azure Financial/Billing Management, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation. Preferred: Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical device industry, such as FDA Quality Management System.
