ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS We are recruiting for a Product Owner - Platform DevOps to join our rapidly growing Digital Program Management team located in Minneapolis, MN . In this newly created position, you will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the work for several agile platform DevOps teams for our next generation of products. You will be working with and/or leading your program team, service level owners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure all goals and objectives are met. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Drive the Prioritization of the work for each sprint based on business objectives Lead and participate in agile team ceremonies Report back to program manager on risks, blockers, tactical progress of agile teams Share business context to the development team and serve as the customer champion Serve as bridge between program management and development Help agile teams drive day to day decisions, capture the decisions and drive to completion Triage and prioritize backlog items and last min requests/hot fixes Resolve questions, manage dependencies on the team and across vendor teams and communicate priorities that emerge as stories are implemented Define the business value delivered in each sprint Cheerleader, builder of agile team culture and recognition keep the agile teams organized, on track and focused on what matters Clear obstacles and protect the agile teams from distractions WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role as a Scrum Master, Software Development Project/Program Manager, Project/Program Manager, Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, and/or leading software development projects Demonstrated experience utilizing project management tracking/software tools and reporting deliverables Experience with Agile methodology, roles, and responsibilities Experience with DevOps and Platform development, including experience with a major cloud service provider (i.e. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Experience working with external (vendor) development teams Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership Preferred: Advanced level degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or related discipline Formal agile training and/or Agile certification Developing and deploying Azure services in C# utilizing .NET Core Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for code management and implementation of CICD pipelines Hands-on experience with the development and deployment of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and modules within a cloud-based deployment mode Experience in dealing with topics related to cyber security, data privacy, etc. IEC 62304 experience Medical device experience BENEFITS AND OTHER COMPENSATION Inspire offers a highly competitive benefits package including (general description of the benefits and other compensation offered): Multiple health insurance plan options.
