ABOUT THIS POSITION The Medical Education Summer Intern role will assist with the development and implementation of HCP programs. The Medical Education Summer Intern will work directly with Medical Education team members to assist with a variety of the educational programs available. The Medical Education Summer Intern will have the opportunity to participate in team meetings and be assigned various administrative tasks. This is a hybrid position where you would work in the office a few times every week during the internship, so you must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Assist with the development and administration tasks of the Medical Education programs (Webinars, Local Peer-peer events, and Innovation Visit Center visits, Advanced Practice Provider Programs) Learn how Medical Education coincides with other roles and departments at Inspire Increase knowledge about Medical Education and why it's important at Inspire Understanding the process of how to plan a small to large program event from 5 - 100+ people Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Medical Education shared inbox Immerse into a fast-paced corporate environment where you will learn how to prioritize your work Communicating and developing relationships with the Inspire sales field through video calls, phone calls, and email. QUALIFICATIONS Educational Requirements: High School Diploma Working toward a four-year degree in Health Science, Nursing, Event Planning, or business. Required Experience: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Stellar organizational skills Excellent time management, prompt and punctual Basic knowledge of project management and local MedTech companies Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technical tools and applications.
