ABOUT THIS POSITION The Marketing Communications Associate will work closely with all members of the Patient Engagement and Technology team and cross-functional partners to help improve overall patient nurturing processes and direct-to-patient print and digital marketing materials. They will also be exposed to other areas of the business including Technology, Consumer Experience and Field Sales. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Own patient materials creation & distribution strategy Work with internal stakeholders and design team to assist with creative and content strategy for patient materials Own legal and regulatory submissions via AssurX platform for new and revised patient materials for the Patient Engagement & Technology team Manage relationships with external print, agency, copywriting, design and research partners to execute print and digital projects Manage print budget for the patient engagement and technology team Maintain Patient Engagement and Technology marketing materials on direct-to-sales Showpad libraries Understand usage and satisfaction with current materials and re-evaluate for future planning Measure the success of communication plans and initiatives; analyze feedback and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness Manage content to ensure consistency on various platforms and with objectives Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, business, or communications required. Communications or other related field. 1-3 years of experience. Excellent communication, writing, editing and project management skills Strong collaboration and organization skills Experience with Microsoft 360 platforms Experience in marketing or communications Preferred Qualifications Experience creating communication strategies, messaging Experience in regulated industry preferred.
