ABOUT THIS POSITION We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team, focused on leveraging our marketing analytics platform, and evaluating various plugins and platforms to help identify key insights. This role is crucial for optimizing our marketing strategies and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office a few times each week. Therefore, applicants must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship. You will be responsible for: Learning about the importance of marketing analytics in our organization Utilizing our marketing analytics platform to analyze product data and generate insights Evaluating different plugins and platforms to enhance our marketing analytics capabilities Collaborating with the marketing team to implement improvements based on analytics findings Working in a dynamic corporate environment, learning to prioritize tasks effectively OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Marketing Analytics: Dive into the marketing analytics platform to extract valuable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Plugin Evaluation: Assess and recommend plugins and platforms to enhance our marketing analytics efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement improvements and optimize strategies. Creativity: Apply creative thinking to enhance our marketing analytics processes and visualization. Learning: Gain hands-on experience with a leading marketing analytics platform and various plugins. QUALIFICATIONS Educational Requirements: Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with Matomo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to take and implement feedback Preferred Skills: Experience with plugin evaluation and implementation Familiarity with additional marketing analytics platforms Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools and technologies This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our marketing analytics capabilities and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and platforms.
