We have an opportunity for a HR Program and Project Leader to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will support various HR projects and programs for the Pool Business Segment and aid in reporting and analytics. * This is a hybrid work opportunity, with the expectation to work 3 days/week in-office in Golden Valley, MN. In-office days and expectations are subject to change per the direct leader's discretion. * #LI-Hybrid You Will: Lead various HR projects and programs for the business segment and frequently serve as the HR representative on cross-functional projects. Develop project scope and objectives in partnership with program owners, centers of expertise and key stakeholders. Maintain overall project plans and ensure that the schedules, budgets and overall project goals are met. Provide project status updates and issue escalation to stakeholders. Help HR leaders manage annual processes and programs such as goal setting, performance management, talent planning, merit and engagement surveys. Assist with campus recruiting program management. Manage employee recognition program. Manage headcount planning and approval processes. Pull reports and analyze data from various HR systems to identify trends and patterns. Create presentations using data and insights. Develop and maintain HR scorecards using data from various sources. Key Qualifications: At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience Strong project management skills and at least two years of leading projects An understanding of change management methodologies Ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns and translate findings into presentations Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong understanding of annual HR processes (e.g., goal setting, talent management, merit) preferred Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer Diversity and Inclusion: With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
