ABOUT THIS POSITION The Director, national Strategic Accounts will drive initiates that support growth across key national customers including IDNs, ACOs, Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense. This individual will work closely with senior sales leadership, sales operations and marketing to define Inspire therapy's value proposition for key healthcare customers. They will also help develop relationships with targeted healthcare networks to drive long-term sales growth. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Partner and collaborate with marketing to define the value proposition for strategic Inspire accounts. Develop C- Suite and Administration relationships in targeted multisystem healthcare organizations including IDNs, ACOs, and ASC systems. Align field sales leadership and internal partners on strategic key objectives for sustained revenue growth in strategic corporate accounts. Establish and prioritize goals to drive growth across key target health systems and monitor progress. Provide input on overall pricing strategy for current and future products. Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed. Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline. Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement. Ensure all direct reports maintain training records that comply with applicable quality standards WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelors degree Minimum of 10 years' marketing and/or sales experience in medical device industry. Minimum of 5 years' corporate accounts management experience in MedTech industry. Contracting experience working with large healthcare purchasing organization such as IDNs, and ACO and government health systems. Proven record of working effectively with sales teams. High impact communication skills.
