The Headlines:

In the role of Senior Administrative Assistant – Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing general, HR-related administrative support to the brewery in Golden, Colorado. This position reports to the HR Director and works closely with a variety of operational business units.

The Responsibilities:

  • Execute office activities and HR processes in a timely and accurate manner

  • Compile and produce complex information for inclusion in reports or presentations, including the creation of charts, graphs or tables

  • Responsible for high-level correspondence through verbal, e-mail, phone, and mail

  • Prepare and file key records, statistics and reports

  • Administer programs, projects or other processes specific to the brewery

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with basic HR questions, identify themes and recommend solutions

  • Create and revise procedures and updates systems by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping, forms control, budgetary oversight and personnel change

  • Work with internal partners to ensure accurate monitoring and processing of attendance, leave of absence (LOA) and return to work

  • Ensure corrective actions are issued (and filed) in a timely manner and employees are paid correctly

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a high school diploma

  • You have 5+ years experience as an administrative assistant, experience with Kronos timekeeping system is preferred.

  • You exercise independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills.

  • You have experience analyzing complex information requests and identify trends.

  • You have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience creating and modifying SharePoint Sites.

  • You maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data in a professional manner.

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships

  • You love a challenge. You navigate ambiguity and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.

Job Posting Grade: 7

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Colorado) $57,400 - $82,600
