Advantage XPO Fire Protection HVAC Technician in Golden, Colorado

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $32 - $44/hr.

Responsibilities: Perform service, testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and installations on fire safety systems, focusing on fire extinguishers and AEDs. Test and inspect fire safety systems as part of a preventive maintenance program and assist in light repairs. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide service calls for fire protection control systems and complete all work orders and reports on time. Interact professionally with customers, participate in emergency call rotations, and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or GED, with additional vocational training a plus. Must have 4+ years of experience in fire sprinkler systems and certifications (Backflow Test, NICET 1, and preferably NICET 2). Must be 21 years or older, able to lift 75lbs regularly, and have basic mechanical skills. Strong communication skills and knowledge of NFPA standards are essential. Willing to support training for entry-level candidates; a valid driver's license is required.
