Redhorse Corporation Executive Administrative Assistant - Level III in Golden, Colorado

Position Description Redhorse Corporation has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant - Level III on a task with the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). The Executive Administrative Assistant - Level III will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the operations of the Golden Field Office (GFO). The Executive Administrative Assistant - Level III will also perform specialized administrative support tasks of a non-routine and non-repetitive nature. Position Requirements include but are not limited to: Performing professional level tasks, both formal and informal, requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. Drafting and tracking correspondence. Extensive use of Microsoft Office 365 including: Excel: including creating, formatting, editing, tracking, etc. Word: including creating tables, write-protect information, formatting, editing, converting a document from PDF into Word, mail merge for small and large projects, etc. PowerPoint: development and editing Outlook: management of multiple calendars and mailboxes and responding to issues Performing timekeeping for federal employees. Assisting with meeting setup, including webinars and video conferences. Preparing reports and making recommendations for actions. Creating complex travel arrangements and vouchers in the Concur system. Performing project management duties, event planning, and, as assigned, other duties. Requirements for Experience, Skills, Education and Credentials include: Bachelor's degree with a preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management;4 years of experience may be substituted for the degree. 5 years of relevant experience. Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Excellent attention to detail. Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing applications. Must possess a professional attitude, and learning skills. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to competently deal with changing requirements. Compensation range for this position is the following: Starting $55,000.00/year to $58,000.00/year
