Description We are in the process of recruiting an Account Manager to join our team based in Golden, Colorado. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, oversee sales orders, and handle data entry tasks. This role operates within the water technology industry and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

• Handle sales order management efficiently, ensuring all orders are processed accurately.

• Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage and monitor customer accounts.

• Conduct regular reporting using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.

• Carry out data entry tasks, maintaining and updating customer records as needed.

• Take appropriate action based on monitoring of customer accounts.

• Contribute to inside sales initiatives, driving sales and business growth. Requirements

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Proven experience in Inside Sales

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Accurate and efficient Data Entry abilities
