PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • By workbook system to establish new account base on the approved contract and customer information, including the establishment of new customer and the maintenance of existing customer.

  • Communicate with CSO team daily, monitor sales order be implemented smoothly, and coordinate some special issues during the order taking

  • Delivery arrangement with local transportation team, ensure accurate and efficient response to customers' inquiries, orders, delivery and other issues.

  • Attention to customer's monthly order (MRI/TT/PG) status, report to the sales manager about abnormal sales situation timely, and try to reduce the customer loss rate.

  • Collect and sort out the customer complaint information, feed back to the quality department timely, coordinate and handle the issue then feedback to customer.

  • Promptly following price change and other information adjustment, to reduce credit and debit memo number. Collect customer complaints, forward to related department, then coordinate to solve timely. Analyze the reasons of complaints, cooperate with other team to reduce the similar complaint.

  • Attention to customer account, assist the credit department to ensure timely collection.

  • To Assist sales team to organize relevant customer information and documents, contract management, applying for new product numbers and etc.

  • Invoice management, immediately check account number after SAP billing. Monitor the customer pay the invoices in time, achieve the DSO target.

  • Work closely with financial department to offset the payment match up invoices, and provide the customer credit information

  • Responsible for the collation and statistics of the sales report.

  • Provide temporary work support for team members on leave, vacation or emergencies.

  • Responsible for the daily administrative management of the NWAP Helium sales department.

  • Provide suggestions for improving customer services.

  • Other tasks arranged by the supervisor.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, solid academia knowledge with strong commercial and good sense on business.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing or customer service, foreign -owned enterprise experience is preferred

  • Ability: Good interpersonal skills, excellent cross-functional team communication & presentation skills. Requires strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, consensus building, and interpersonal skills to work including negotiation, teamwork, experience and strength. Through knowledge of market study, practices, tools, concepts and techniques.

  • Language: Effective communication both written and verbal in both Chinese and English

  • Tools: Skilled command of Microsoft Office and other efficiency applications as the work tools, Knowledge in SAP is preferred
