Ingersoll Rand Channel Sales Manager in HCM City,

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

We are a reputable international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial tools and equipment. With a strong presence in the global market, we are expanding our operations in Vietnam and are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing our business, managing channels, and identifying project opportunities mainly within the manufacturing segments and mining industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  2. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closure of deals.

  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  4. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to monitor and evaluate performance against targets.

  5. Continuously update product knowledge, stay abreast of industry trends to effectively position, and differentiate our offerings in the market.

  6. Business Development:

  7. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market to promote our range of industrial tools and equipment.

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including manufacturers and mining companies, to understand their needs and position our products and services accordingly.

  9. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas within the manufacturing segments and mining industry.

  10. Develop strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

  11. Channel Management:

  12. Manage existing distribution channels and identify potential partners to strengthen our market presence.

  13. Train and educate channel partners on our products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our tools.

  14. Monitor channel performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.

  15. Project Opportunity Identification:

  16. Proactively identify project opportunities within the manufacturing segments and mining industry.

  17. Collaborate with the team to provide technical support and product recommendations for potential projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial tools or equipment industry.

  3. Strong understanding of the manufacturing segments and mining industry in Vietnam.

  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

  5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Results-oriented and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  8. Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
