Responsibilities

The Program Manager shall provide support to the Franchise Fund Budget Office (FBO). FBO is responsible for the oversight and management of all franchise fund financial and contractual operations. The Program Manager shall manage, track, and analyze business and IT projects with significant business impact within the IO Business Office.

  • Use cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit analyses.

  • Gather data and conduct data analysis in response to various financial data calls from OIT.

  • Integrate and test new solutions within the Business Office as new products are introduced.

  • Create business cases to include strategic plans and contingency operations related to business planning.

  • Analyze data to present program status, assess effectiveness of business operations, and make recommendations on improving business processes.

  • Liaise between the IO Business Office, divisions, and customers.

  • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

  • ServiceNow Ticket submission and tracking

  • Documenting meeting minutes

  • Scheduling, leading, and documenting outcomes of status discussions related to the business planning cycle or other IO Business Office needs

  • Monitor and document status of outstanding action items

  • Creation and submission of deliverables

  • Creation, maintenance, and consolidation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Experience leading mid-sized teams (10-20 people)

  • Technical acumen in financial management, budgeting, cost accounting, asset management, and/or contract management

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye to find errors or anomalies within data sets

  • Excellent organizational and writing skills.

  • Effective communicator with government customers, cross-functional leadership, and teammates.

  • Experience with SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access, and ServiceNow

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

    Education:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline PLUS 15 Years of experience

  • Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

    Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

    Location:

  • Remote, USA

  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

    Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $75,500 to $103,500

  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location

  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
