PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Are you a creative person who enjoys designing and building? Do you want to be part of influencing and delivering Intelligent Solutions to 30,000 SAP colleagues? If so, this could be the right role for you. Join the Intelligent Enterprise Business Solutions (IE BS) team and help design, build, and deliver Sales Analytics solutions.

The IE BS team owns the portfolio for all Sales related solutions, including tools, analytics, and support. IE BS contributes to the overall IES portfolio process to support all board areas at SAP but specifically focuses on Customer Success functions. We partner with our stakeholders and work together to deliver the Intelligent Enterprise along the Customer Lifetime Value framework.

We are business partners, subject matter experts, and technical experts. But first, we are one team and work together toward delivering value to SAP regardless of organization structure or job duty. Further, we are a high-performing team that fosters trust, accountability, and engagement. This role is critical to ensuring solutions are built according to requirements and designed simply while presenting data in compelling and innovative ways with creativity.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Because we work on cutting-edge topics in an agile environment and are high performing, we are looking for someone who shares these qualities: excellent communicator with product ownership skills, eager to learn, a creative problem solver, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

You will:

• Function as the IT Product Owner for an analytical product. Own the stakeholder relationship and engage with stakeholders, data, and development teams to deliver solutions.

• Collaboratively design, develop, deliver, and run beautiful analytics solutions on the SAP Analytics Cloud platform.

• Be expected to bring your voice, ideas, and creativity to your work.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.

• Familiar with UX design, storyboarding, and mockups.

• Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies is preferred, but not required. You will receive training for this.

• Understanding of how data is organized and retrieved from databases.

• Familiar with SAP analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Application Designer.

• Familiar with SAP database technologies such as SAP HANA, SAP DataSphere.

• Understanding of machine learning techniques.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently and have a positive, self-motivated attitude.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 9 years of relevant work experience. Bonus if you have experience supporting sales functions.

• Knowledge of SAP, IES operating model, the Customer Success function is preferred.

We work remotely and remote/office flex work is possible.
