Adecco US, Inc. Pipeline Maintenance Technician in Glenville, New York

Adecco is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various systems and equipment within our facilities. This role is essential for ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment (e.g. conveyor systems, racking, etc.).

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.

  • Keep maintenance tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.

  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols.

  • Participate in emergency response activities as required.

  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of warehouse layouts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as technical certification in maintenance or a related field, is preferred.

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a warehouse or industrial setting.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and systems.

  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.

  • Comfortable working in various environments

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
