Job Description:

We are eagerly looking for an HR Intern to join our team in summer 2025!
The HR Intern will combine their education with practical experience in core HR areas including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, talent and development, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion. This role will be located within ITW’s Corporate campus in Glenview, Illinois. Located a block from the Metra train station, the campus includes a free fitness center, café, dry cleaning services, covered and EV parking, and much more.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with the Alpine HR team on a variety of workplace matters (i.e. talent, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, wellness program)
Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
Create division-wide HR communications
Assist with the summer internship program
Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Rising junior or senior pursing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, economics or related field
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.)
Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity, and a drive to excel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Information:
$21.00 - $22.25
