Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)

Location: Glens Falls, NY - 12801

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Hospital

Pay

  • $34-$58.74 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Shift Differentials (between 10%-30%)

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $5,000 to $10,000 (depending on years of experience for full-time and part-time)

Shift Availability

  • 7am-5:30pm

  • 12:30pm-11pm

  • 11am-11pm

Requirements

  • Completion of an RN program; BSN degree preferred.

  • Currently holds an active and unencumbered RN license in the state of New York.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an OR setting.

  • Flexibility with scheduling, while maintaining a commitment to assigned shifts.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, following the New York State Nurse Practice Act. The facility features 15 operating rooms and a cystoscopy room, supporting diverse surgical specialties, including robotic-assisted procedures using DaVinci and Mako systems. Job Duties:

  • Provide direct patient care and delegate responsibilities appropriately.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician.

  • Complete the nursing process, including education and discharge planning.

  • Optimize resources effectively.
