Telemetry RN $10K Bonus Award-Winning Magnet Hospital Near Albany

Unit Overview: Cardiac monitoring unit seeking RNs with strong assessment skills for progressive care environment. Join our dedicated team providing specialized cardiac care.

Current Openings:

  • Days (7a-7p): 8 positions

  • Nights (7p-7a): 8 positions

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:

  • 1:4 standard ratio

  • Charge Nurse: No patient assignment

Required Certifications:

  • Active NY RN license (BSN preferred)

  • BLS/ACLS certification

  • Telemetry certification required (provided if needed)

  • PCCN preferred

  • Minimum 1 year telemetry experience

Compensation Package:

  • Base Pay: $32.00 - $58.74/hour

  • Shift Differentials:

  • Nights: 30%

  • Weekends: $3/hour

  • Critical Care: $2/hour

  • Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for full-time

  • Certification Bonus: $2,000 for PCCN
