McDonald’s High School Crew Member / Team Member

Our McDonald’s is now hiring High School/Teen Crew Members to join our restaurant team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be a part of a community that helps lead and thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

This job offers weekly pay starting at $9.00-$11.00/hr. PLUS earn a sign-on bonus up to $500

Crew Member / Team Member Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals - and have fun!

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

Qualifications:

• You must be 15 years of age, or older to work as a Crew Member / Team Member at McDonald’s

• Able to learn and adapt

• Able to take initiative

• Able to work in a fast-paced fast food restaurant environment

• Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
