Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Scale House Worker:

• Weighing trucks in/out on a doily basis, from 6AM-10AM

• Assume weighing in/out 40 vehicles in this timeframe

• Greet customers daily and be informed of facility rates, acceptable items, and where customers go to drop off material, the drop off location in our facility differs based upon the material being delivered

• We have two staff members who will be training him/her on our business system

• Utilize our scaling and business software and become proficient in its functions

• Full training is available, they should be somewhat computer proficient

• From 10:30-2:30PM, answer phone calls, enter in customer orders or missed pick-ups, notify the appropriate department of service needs, and enter in new sales calls

• Process credit card payments (once trained and acclimated with our company)

• Learn our GPs tracking software to confirm if collections were completed or missed.

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) , Weekends

Job requirements:

• Candidate must be flexible to work different shifts, including Saturdays/Holidays and Sundays if necessary

• Candidate must be highly organized, along with having knowledge of basic principles of records management

• Must possess skills in working within deadlines to complete projects or assignments, along with operating a computer utilizing a variety of business software

• Ability to multi-task and focus on day-to-day details

• Skills in Microsoft programs, specifically Excel are a plus.
