Honeywell Sr ISC Project Management Specialist in Glendale, Arizona

Oversee and direct operations in ISC and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing ISC-led supply chain transitions due diligence activities to ensure compliance with Honeywell’s global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations

  • Coordinating with both ISC transitions program managers and relevant cross-functional compliance subject matter experts (e.g., Government Finance Compliance, Sourcing Compliance, Corporate Compliance, etc.)

  • Supporting continuous improvement opportunities, including due diligence training, enhancements to the Diligence Assessment Tracking Tool (DATT), and process streamlining


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain or engineering

  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements


  • Prior experience with supply chain transitions

  • Commitment to compliance and highest ethical standards – with demonstrated courage under pressure

  • Experience with digital workflow management tools

  • Demonstrated organizational and process-oriented skillset

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

  • Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse and multinational teams

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Communication skills; written and oral

  • Detail Orientated
