Program Summary

This role is with KBR’s GAM (Global Asset Management) group. At GAM, we provide our customers with a range of services including Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems, Import/Export Trade Compliance, Material Management, Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving, Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs, Records Management, Distribution Services, Capital Asset Management, Development & Production-Equipment Maintenance, and Facilities Project Management​.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Government Property Site Leader (GPSM) in the Operation and Execution of Property Management and reporting functions as applicable to the Repair & Overhaul requirements.

  • Support the function of Sky Harbor Repair & Overhaul functions as a Customer Service Representative in reporting and updating system information within SAP and other various requirements for distribution, returns, verification & validations for accuracy and required reporting functions.

  • Communicate with all levels of supporting personnel regarding Customer Service Support activities.

  • Work closely with a diverse group of property professionals responsible for Honeywell capital assets, US Government Property, and other Customer owned property as applicable to the Repair & Overhaul functions.

  • Support the GPSM and work with the coordinator/custodian members, which is aligned by department/functional areas, and enforce the process standard of managing property at the user level.

  • Participate in the Property Coordinator Meetings, GPSM Tier Meeting attendee and Cross Functional Groups supporting Asset Tracking as Property Custodians.

  • Maintain, sustain and publish system reports as required.

  • Have an understanding or experience of the FAR 45 and 52.245-1 requirements, government contracts, the ability to support site audits and effectively communicate with the GPSM in supporting the DCMA, DCAA, External Customers, and KBR Internal Compliance group member.

  • Adhere to Honeywell Aerospace Property Management Plan.

  • Support site specific Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment & Safety Reporting as required.

  • Participate at local site Daily Tier Accountability process meetings.

  • Support the Team in Inventories and Dispositions of Government/Customer Assets and Materials as required.

  • Ensure support in a productive work environment by adhering to departmental goals and objectives are completed in accordance with actual standards and within time and budget constraints.

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Plans as part of the Employee Standard Work behaviors.

  • Utilize established Customer Management Operating Systems (MOS) tools and Global Asset Management (GAM) metrics to ensure operational wellness.

  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell's Code of Conduct and Corporate/Functional policies and procedures.

  • Support the long-term planning process and develop strategic operating initiatives that drive continuous improvement and support organizational Goals and Objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience specific to operational needs.

  • SAP (for record reporting).

  • Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) or higher National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certification Preferred. Must be obtained within 6 months of employment date.

  • Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening (PCARSS) knowledge is preferred.
