Requirements

As an Enhancements Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Company Philosophy: Understand and align with the company’s operational philosophies, financial position, and branch goals.

  • Safety: Responsible for keeping crews safe. Perform daily tasks safely, using all tools and equipment according to company safety policies.

  • Training: Responsible for providing in-field training for your teams. Participate in required training programs.

  • Quality Service: Provide top-notch installation and enhancement services while adhering to safety and efficiency guidelines.

  • Efficiency: Train your team on lean principles removing waste from the system.

  • Employee Development: Develop clear understanding of your teams’ strengths, weaknesses, and professional and personal goals. Take an active role in their development within the company.

  • Staffing: Responsible for staffing your team. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to determine and address staffing needs. Maintain a constant recruiting effort to address personnel needs.

  • Reliability: Consistently arrive on time and dependably carry out your duties.

  • Inspection and Planning: Inspect properties and projects prior to scheduling to anticipate and address any potential challenges.

  • Quality Monitoring: Inspect work daily to ensure company quality standards and client expectations are met.

  • Coordination: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including materials, field employees, equipment, and subcontractors for landscape and snow-related projects.

  • Administration: Maintain accurate administrative tracking systems, including time approvals, work ticket completions, purchasing of materials, timely processing of purchasing orders and scheduling.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Assist in planning, developing, and leading strategic initiatives for enhancement projects.

  • Collaboration: Attend production and team meetings, collaborate and engage with account managers and vendors. Recommend additional work and help exceed branch financial goals.

  • Technical Expertise: Represent the company as a knowledgeable expert in landscape enhancements.

  • Exceptional Service: Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients, vendors, and company staff.

  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

You may be a good fit if you’re:

  • Are at least 21 years old and available to work Saturdays and in various weather conditions.

  • Possess strong enthusiasm, dependability, and time management skills.

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs.

  • Can effectively communicate with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

  • Have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and can lift over 50 lbs.

  • Are eager to learn and use company software.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

  • Have at least one year of landscaping and/or grounds maintenance experience and two years of managing multiple landscape installations for commercial customers.

Benefits

Salary: $65,000-$95,000 annually
