Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in our Glen Allen, Virginia location. As a PC Technician, you will be part of our Internet Service Provider team, focusing on installing wireless routers and monitors for PCs.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and setup of wireless routers

• Assisting in the setup and installation of PC monitors

• Ensuring project completion, which may require extended working hours as needed

• Displaying physical agility by lifting small weights and maneuvering in tight spaces such as under tables

• Utilizing personal tools such as Power Drill/Power screwdriver (Phillips head) for installation tasks

• Troubleshooting hardware-related issues with computer systems

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action

• Leveraging skills in Linux Technologies, Active Directory, and Database Management

• Installing and managing cable systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware and Database management.

• Knowledge and experience with Dell Technologies.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Competency in Linux Technologies.

• Experience in AB Testing.

• Understanding and ability to use Active Directory.

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies.
