We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Calculation of Mutual Impedance Studies as needed to reflect changes occurring within the transmission line system.

• Experience in using algebraic equations, geometry, and statistical data; strong analytical and research skills; database entry skills; excellent communication skills; persistence to resolve data discrepancies.

• Comfortable working autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team; requires the ability to work with the engineering staff to learn technical concepts needed to perform job duties.

• Position requires data entry after analyzing transmission line structure drawings, construction specification books, and other resources.

• Collecting data and responding to grounding and static continuity diagram requests.

• Collecting data related to adjacent pipeline systems.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Associate Business Process Analyst: A minimum of 1+ years of business or related experience is required.

Business Process Analyst: A minimum of 3+ years of business or related experience is required.

• Ability to learn job-specific computer applications

• ability to handle constantly changing and emerging priorities

• Proficiency working in various software applications such as Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications

• Demonstrate sound analytical skills

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

• Basic knowledge of electric transmission system preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Access preferred

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Business

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
