Description We are actively seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our retail industry team based in Glen Allen, Virginia. As an Account Manager, your main duties will include setting up projects for companies, ensuring project completion, preparing presentation packages, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and coordinating projects for various companies

• Ensuring the completion of projects by field teams

• Preparing and presenting packages to prospective companies

• Facilitating robust internal and external communication channels

• Assisting in the shipment of display items

• Utilizing CRM for efficient account management

• Executing accounting functions using Accounting Software Systems

• Overseeing billing functions and ensuring timely completion

• Managing budget processes effectively

• Planning and executing strategic campaigns using tools like 3M and About Time. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M software applications

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficiency in CRM software

• Experience with About Time software

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Billing Functions

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Experience in Campaign Planning TalentMatch®
