The Digital Business Operations team of CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions is looking for a Senior Yardi Application Analyst to join us!

Do you have a lot of experience working as a Yardi Voyager Administrator?

Do you want to work for one of the largest companies worldwide using the platform as a key member of the Commercial Product Team?

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Act as a subject matter expert of the Yardi Voyager Core, International and Commercial modules, and the database structure

• Work together with the Business Analysts to ensure successful onboarding of new investment and users, or implementation of new functionality

• Provide expert knowledge during system upgrades and other improvements

• Deliver 3rd line support to end users of CBRE Yardi Voyager platforms using the in-house ticketing system

• Prioritize and analyze received tickets

• Understand and resolve complex issues raised by users

• Participate in the change process by being a Change Manager

• Liaise with internal and third-party service and software providers

• Train and guide in-house 1st level support team members and end users

• Participate in Yardi user groups

What are we looking for?

• Relevant university or college degree

• Thorough understanding and expertise in Yardi Voyager (5 years minimum) – preferably in Property Management & Accounting in Europe. Experience with the Yardi Voyager Residential module is an advantage.

• Good communication in English
