Customer Service / Sales Environment

  • Promotes Timberland brand, brand purpose, and lives Timberland brand values

  • Model Selling ManagerRole.

  • Directing of SalesAssociates.

  • Assist Store Manager with annual performanceevaluations.

  • Reinforce training in Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, Visual Standards and Loss Prevention.

  • Communicate sales objectives and motivate salesstaff.

  • Resolve customer issues.

  • Maintains LP & SafetyAwareness.

  • Perform all opening / closing managementresponsibilities.

  • Effective execution of floor sets and window directives.

  • Ensure accuracy of pricing andpromotions.

  • Maintain VisualStandards.

  • Train and develop employees in Visual merchandisingstandards.

Operations

  • POSaccountability.

  • Manage payroll through StoreForce.

  • Conduct 1st level interviews and makerecommendations.

  • Ensure compliance to all core Policies andProcedures.
