JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you looking to work with a local kiddo to provide Respite Care I am looking for someone to spend time with a sweet and talkative young man. This little boy will melt is a ham that will have your heart before you even realize it. For now, they would love for someone to come to their house and spend time with him there, at least until everyone is comfortable. He loves playing outside, riding on his bike and 4 wheeler, or with the dogs (3 sweet farm dogs). Please reach out if you or someone you know may be a good fit :) Schedule: 10 hours/week - FLEXIBLE shifts TBD between provider & family - Hoping for more evening hours Location: Gilman, WI Tasks: Maintain a safe play environment. Observe and monitor children\'s play activities. Support children\'s emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts. Communicate with children\'s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Provide care for mentally disturbed, delinquent, or handicapped children. Dinosaurs Enjoys being read to Riding his bike & 4-wheeler RESPITE WILL BE DONE IN THE CHILDS HOME Pay: \$14.13/hour (after tax rate) Requirements*: Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation *Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN\'s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
