Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and keep our wells in tip-top shape? We’re looking for a maintenance pro to bring their skills to the field and ensure our wellfield equipment is operating like a well-oiled machine. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to learn on the job, this might be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Be Up To:
Well TLC : Keep our wells running smoothly by cleaning newly installed cased wells using awesome techniques like swabbing and airlifting.
Well Boosting : Swab and airlift existing wells in operating wellfields to keep them pumping at peak performance.
Pump Whisperer : Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain downhole submersible pumps and motors like a pro.
Integrity Expert : Test the mechanical integrity of cased wells in both new and operating wellfields.
Record Keeper : Document and maintain records for swabbing, airlifting, and integrity testing so we’re always on top of things.
Equipment Guru : Keep all equipment maintained and ready for action!
What You’ll Need:
Outdoor Enthusiast : This is an hourly position, and you’ll be working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Training Provided : No need to be a pro from day one – we’ve got you covered with on-the-job training.
Safety Champ : Recognize hazardous conditions, follow safety protocols, and embrace our strong safety culture.
Legal Right to Work : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass drug and alcohol testing.
Your Qualifications:
High School Diploma & Maintenance Know-How : Basic maintenance skills are a must!
Driver’s License : A valid license is required, and a Class A CDL is a plus if you’re up for it.
Team Player : You should be able to work independently and with our team.
Detail-Oriented : Ability to follow standard operating procedures and keep things running smoothly.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
