Building Maintenance

Whats in it for you?

• On Call 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

What will you be doing?

• Property Maintenance:

• Cost Control

• Customer Service

• Safety/Risk Management

• Self Management

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• CPO, HVAC, EPA certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property requirements.

• High School diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of maintenance experience is preferred. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment. General computer experience preferred. Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
