Campbell County Administrative Assistant in Gillette, Wyoming

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical, administrative and general office duties, that include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ability to maintain and file records
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Compile information and data for reports
  • Check and tabulate data for accuracy
  • Assist in the development of forms, worksheets, project assignments, and the dissemination and maintenance of information.
  • Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, juveniles, and their families, along with representatives of other departments and/or agencies and the public.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an office environment
  • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities

Required Licenses or Certifications

  • Wyoming Drivers License
