Work you'll do
As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
Managing to and maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
2+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
At least one FLC leading a workstream within larger projects, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

Application Management Services (AMS) used to be synonymous with support but today it is much more than that. Our Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) AMS team focuses on helping our clients realize the true value of their UKG WFM Cloud transformations by creating the right solutions to maintain and support their investment. This team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. As we grow, this team will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and services in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their capacity and needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of UKG applications.
Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems.
Engage with Deloitte's Human Capital as a Service offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.
Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning.
Share your knowledge of UKG Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions as you lead your teams through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
6+ years hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of the UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions, from planning to configuration through go-live
6+ years Human Capital AMS WFM experience
6+ years of experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
6+ years of experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client
Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support (post-Covid)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions Certification
Experience in all phases of technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, go-live)
Flexible, positive, and results-oriented attitude works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up. Motivates other toward common goals.
Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists.
Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written

Work you'll do
As a Workday Payroll Specialist Master in our HCAS AMS Payroll Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of the Workday Payroll module
Lead workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in the Workday Payroll space
Lead Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs focusing primarily on payroll, M&A.
Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimization
Serve as Subject Master Expert for other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
Lead AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management

Required:
Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience working in Workday Payroll configuration/integrations, if not have worked/working with end client managing Workday Payroll system
Minimum of 6+ years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as Payroll system Experience serving as a workstream lead on Payroll implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
Active Workday Certification(s), preferably Payroll
Advanced knowledge of Payroll systems
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point
