Banner Physical Therapy

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salary starting at $72,000/year commensurate with experience

Incentives: $5k sign on bonus

Our physical therapy center in Gilbert, AZ is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed pelvic floor Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. Caseload is a split between pelvic floor and ortho, with potential for oncology if interested. Pelvic floor experience required, student rotations considered. Our vibrant team currently has 9 clinicians with a rehab aid and 3 patient service specialists. In addition to pelvic floor, clinic specialties include hand therapy and general orthopedics. ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

• Complete and maintain required trainings

• Maintain compliance with government regulations

• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

• CPR certified

• Pelvic health experience (student rotations considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
