Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our team. Your responsibilities will include cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, and continuity checking wire assemblies. You will fabricate parts for wire or hardware assemblies at production floor work stations. Other tasks include utilizing solder pots, solder irons, crimpers, wire cutters, wire strippers, laser wire strippers, digital calipers, and other hand tools to assemble units per customer specifications, drawings or manufacturing process instructions. You will work as a productive team member under immediate supervision of assigned production lead(s) or supervisor. It's essential to accurately record job hours into the company database and adhere to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will perform all work reliably, neatly, and professionally and strive to meet or exceed time goals for each job performed. You will also learn to utilize ERP operating system related to production and job function. Following written instruction or build to print to reach compliance with product requirements is also a significant part of the job.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Gilbert, Arizona.

Our company is an agile provider of engineering, manufacturing, information technology, and logistics & supply chain services to the defense, aerospace, and industrial markets. We are made up of talented experts, with years of defense and industry experience, who reliably solve technical and programmatic problems related to aerospace design and manufacturing, as well as complex logistical challenges related to delivery of critical infrastructure (Medical, Energy, IT and Transportation). We offer a clean, AC'ed quiet work environment. Our dress code is casual - T-shirts, jeans and closed-toed shoes are acceptable. Training: Successful candidates will undergo 2 full weeks of in-class training where they will be certified by a trainer on the J-standards and IPC certs. This is partially hands-on and partially written/reading training. The working hours are 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
